 Joined The Conservation Volunteers (TCV) to partake in various activities such as: habitat protection for dormice/butterflies/other wildlife, wetland management, fence building building public access steps, creating French drains, woodland path construction, coppicing

 Took relevant PADI courses in the UK to get me qualified up to Rescue Diver in order for me to pursue my interests in marine conservation

 Undertook a four month Eco Divemaster course in Thailand to gain my first professional diving qualification and obtain experience in conservation, coral health / reef checks, ecological monitoring and marine resource management. Developed leadership abilities, mentored other divers and became a teacher

HiPP are an organic baby food business with customers including Tesco, Sainsbury, Waitrose, Asda, Co-op. The company has circa 15 employees within the UK with a turnover of £50m.

 Managed the Operations department, reported to the MD and managed a team of two

 Lead (from the UK side) the implementation of SAP project

 Developed the department by: automating many departmental tasks, designing new systems, formalising processes & procedures, etc.

 Managed the renewal of our warehouse & distribution contract – reducing costs and improving service

 Managed stocks of c5000 pallets with a value of £6m

 Delivered 99.25% service level (on time / in full) to customers against a target of 98%

 Took control of VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) – improved service level and HiPP became a ‘Hero’ supplier for the first time
