PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Share Plan Administrator Computershare Plan Managers August 2008 – May 2013

Carrying out a range of share plan administrative activities to support the delivery of a first class administration service to clients and employees covering the following activities:

• Sale of shares/ exercise of options/ transfer of shares and purchase of both domestic and international shares.

• Data file handling/ leaver processing which includes: issuance of shareholders notifications and ensuring any default actions are completed in accordance with the client’s time table.

• Pre and post reconciliation of cash in various currencies and detailed reporting to the client and shareholders.

• Ensuring shares and dividends are administered in accordance with Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) the French Tax Authority (FTA) and US Federal Tax Law for tax withholding responsibilities.

• Preparing BACS, CHAPS, invoices and cheque payments for share purchases and sale proceeds.

• Working as a team to ensure all administration, shareholders and client queries are delivered within Service Level Agreement whilst still meeting personal objectives.

• Liaising with domestic and international human resources and payrolls on a daily basis

• Daily interaction with various stockbrokers/ custodians in arranging trade and settlement of shares.

Responsible for placing trades with brokers and market makers via telephone, e-mail and electronic means. Ensuring all trades are dealt with in accordance with strict FCA, IRS, HMRC and FTA Regulations whilst maintaining a consistently high standard of work covering the following activities:

• Receiving, checking, and placing trades with brokers and market makers.

• Ensuring the best execution is achieved for all trades placed.
