• 15 years experience, the career has been developed in the management of the following areas: Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Budget and Finance.

• Solid knowledge and experience in managing projects such tax planning (Transfer Price); monthly, quarter and Year end closing (Reporting Package), book-keeping and fiscal routine and procedures.

• Creation of management reports.

• Supported External Auditing (Price Waterhouse and Deloitte) and all external entities (Lawyers, tax advisors).

• Coordination and customization of the systems implementation (ex: SAP)

• Finance management involving Treasury, risk analysis of the credits and resources, exchange rate, payroll, accountability, costs, corporate budget (Real X Estimated due to the forecast).

• Management skills: experience with multidisciplinary teams (Portugal, Spain & Germany).
