Performing the following duties:

1. Performs planning, organizing and coordinating the financial , physical and accounting activities in the branch.

2. Supporting administrative staff to ensure smooth business operations and providing accurate and timely information.

3. Supporting for the preparation of bank statements and financial reports..

4. Strategic planning and operational support to senior management on administrative matters such as staff management, financial planning including facility management and information services.

5. Monitor and review policies and plans in consultation with Branch Manager and staff.

6. Coordinates in mobilizing deposit and credit resources.

7. Ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and improving customer service levels.
