Duties and responsibilities:

• Process the order which is sent from the back office of the partner by creating the Activity, and also updates in the online tracker in the DU system.

• Follow ups the order for its status. Updating about an order status periodically to the back office.

• Make sure the order is getting activated on time without any delay.

• If in case there is a delay, communicates it to the Manager, sales person, back office and request back office to communicate the same to the customer.

• If any additional documents required for processing an order, partner resource request the required documents from the back office and updates it on the activity.

• If there is any request from the customer to the back office after the activation is done, raises a trouble ticket or creates the activity for the concern and make sure that the request is been complete.

• If there is a request from the customer in regards to the services provided from du or services he can avail, makes sure that the customer get the correct data as per his request.

• Data mining work for the back office.

• Updates partner about the stock and any important information in regards to changes of the plans or offers, etc.

• Analyzing the monthly bills of the customer and pitching in the right product as per customer needs, where customer is benefited for all he spends.
