Out of office work:

Going on commissionings around the world and starting machines for steel production was my main responsibility. Usually goal was mainly to start up, test machines and to start with production. All machines were made for processing steel and was made by Danieli Corporation.

My responsibilities were:

-checking, testing and modifying PLC software according to machines capabilities and client’s demands.

-testing and modifying HMI software.

-checking, correcting and modifying electrical diagrams, PLC and HMI documentation.

-testing sensors and actuators and debugging errors related to them.

-interfacing drives and modifying parameters from PLC side in order to have optimal motor

performances

-interfacing other machines and creating one functional unit.

-cooperating with present team of engineers, technologists, managers and people working for the client in objective to make functional, durable and quality machines and production.

-troubleshooting electrical connections

-troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic circuits and equipment

-supervising development of prototypes, testing them, advising technical office about necessary modifications.

-optimizing machines performances, adjusting regulators, assisting in production process, tutoring client’s personnel

-participating in maintenance tasks.

-handling critical and dangerous situations when it was necessary.

In office work:

-Prepared, tested and simulated software using SIMATIC S7 for several projects.

-Siemens STEP7 PLC programming, software developing, testing

-developing & testing SCADA/HMI applications with WinCC, WinCC flexibile and InTouch
