Short Bio:

I studied a BSocSci Double Major in Marketing Management & Psychology. During this period I worked as a Sales Representative, Promoter & Waitress learning techniques about customer interaction & satisfaction. I then worked at Zara Retailer as a Fashion Adviser & after 2 months offered a promotion to Visual Merchandiser but was headhunted and took up a position as an Assistant Store Manager for Roxy Retailer instead as I felt this would be more beneficial for the development of my career.
