A Graduate in Architecture from Sathyabama University, Chennai, India. I graduated in 2012 and have been employed since. I have 3.5 years of experience. I have led various small and large scale projects which included interior to High rise residential buildings. I am proficient in software such AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, Vray etc. I also posses basic knowledge and have worked with Adobe Illustrator, In design and Autodesk Revit.

Professional Experience
Worked on various large-scale urban, multi-storied residential projects. Had the opportunity to develop my skills in various minor and major technical aspects of the profession and improve my efficiency in various software.
Was given charge of IN TOWN, a group development project by Vishwakarma Builders located in Kelambakkam, Chennai, India. The project consists of a total of 380 units spread across 8 blocks. Was responsible for piloting the project right from its marketing launch to its completion.
Was also in charge of a multi-storied residential project, Skypod Residences at Pallavaram, Chennai, India. Skypod Residences consists of 240 luxury apartments with 14 floors divided into 2 blocks. Worked on preparing the documents for the marketing launch and design scheme of the project.
Currently handles LANDMARK’S CENTRALIA, Chromepet, Chennai, India, in a studio with two other members. CENTRALIA comprises of 8 blocks, each of 7 floors including EWS. Each block has 56 units. The construction of the project is set to bring up yet another landmark in Chennai incorporating Mivan Technology for its construction. Currently processing its approval and EIA drawings and developing on the Scheme and details required for the manufacture of MIVAN shutters.
FREELANCE PROJECTS
Residence of Mr. Damodaran Nair at Kothamangalam, Cochin, India.
A two-storied contemporary villa with a total area of 4,110.55sq.ft. The villa consists of lower and upper living rooms, 4 bedrooms with attached toilets, a convenient kitchen, a double-height ceiling dining space etc.
Interiors for the Residence of Mr. Rajesh Chandran at Navin’s Jayaram Gardens, Porur, Chennai, India.
Catered to an area of 1,280 sq.ft. Including the furnishing of 3 bedrooms with attached toilets, a modular kitchen, dining, entrance foyer, living room and a common wash. The project commenced on July 3rd 2014 and was handed over to the client on 6th August 2014
Interiors for the Residence of Mr. Rakesh Chandran at Pace Prana, Anna Nagar, Chennai, India.
Catered to an area of 1000sq.ft. Few priorities were mentioned by the clients on the pooja room, TV Unit and children’s bedroom on which the other furnishings of the house is designed. The design brought in the traditional temple architecture of Kerala, where the client hails from.
Interiors for the Residence of Mr. John Samuel, at National Excellency, Palarivattom, Cochin, India.
A city view facing apartment with an area of 1,495 sq.ft. The client being currently settled abroad required the furnishing of the entire unit in such a way that their lifestyle would not need much of alteration from their current way of living. This helped to bring in numerous innovative, current day technologies in all parts of the house. A sophisticated kitchen that houses all modern-day needs was incorporated within a burgundy-white modular kitchen. All the other rooms including the toilets required specific details that were requested by the client.
Interiors for ‘WAFFLES thru the Day Café’, Chennai, India.
A speciality cuisine café in an area of 900sq.ft. that previously housed a commercial office space. The design demanded an ambience that would stay unique and justified to the international cuisines that stands as the identity of the Café. Order-pay-eat system of the café called for a design that regulates this function through the design itself. The designing of the wall arts was also included as my responsibility.

Held the position of Treasurer and Assistant Student Convener
for Zonal NASA 2010- SPACE BLOB 10’, held on13th, 14thand 15th of September 2009.
Held the designation of Unit Treasurer for NASA 2010 for Zone VI, South India Region.

Participated in ‘CAADRIA2012 PRE-CONVENTION’, held on the 27th, 28th and 29th of July 2011, which included a 3 day-seminar on Cost Effectiveness and Energy Efficiency and a hands-on software workshop on Design Builder held by Ar. Suriya Prakash.
