Experience

After university in 2011 I started a job as a Salesman with Full Options car dealership showroom, for trading and importing cars.

My main duties demanded efficient customer relations with authorities and excellent customer services. It included me dealing with the authorities after importing the car and getting it cleared by the customs and reporting it back to my managers. Then taking the car to an authorized garage to get it fully checked and legalised with all the relevant documents ready for sale. I had regular customer contact in directing them to find the perfect vehicle best suited for them. I was always there to guide them throughout the whole process from buying/renting the car and dealing with all the documents and contracts, to insuring the car and handing over the keys to the customer.

Within two years a better opportunity came up and I was promoted to the post of Assistant Manager in the very same company. My duties as a assistant manager were more diverse and included all the above duties, efficient managing skills and a lot of team work which I excelled at. My responsibilities involved:

●Managing staff

●Overseeing Import documents.

●Administration of Reports/Documents.

●Also included Selling Cars

Alongside my fulltime job in 2013 I also did some charity voluntary internship placement with UNWRA where I utilised my basic admin skills of data entry, filing, overseeing documents, creating reports and documents and other administrative tasks as needed.
