 Role and Responsibilities:

1-    To lead the maintenance team, in multiple disciplines electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Low Current, Lifts, Telecom, landscaping, Housekeeping, Renovation  & Repair, Security, Fire & Safety.

2-    Coordinates, assigns, and directs daily, weekly, monthly, yearly maintenance schedules.

3-    Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.

4-    Monitors completion of job assignments through frequent field observations and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and instructions.

5-    Serves as safety representative, including coordination of safety training needs, assisting with safety audits, facilitating compliance with standards and maintaining related safety records.

6-    Oversees implementation of the contract and controls the budget.

7-    Determines materials, equipment, and supplies to be used.

 1-    Responsible for all maintenance activities related to landscape operation (Soft & Hard), Irrigation, cut flowers, Indoor plants & pest control in Al-Salam Palace including HRH king Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Residence and Royal Diwan Offices in Jeddah.

2-    Designing & execution of any new modification concerning landscaping & Irrigation in the palace & Royal Diwan.

3-    We delivered a service maintenance process via a planned preventive and corrective maintenance scheme as per ISO 9001:2008 standard.

4-    Performed and carried out all administrative duties applicable to the

Position of Landscaping Engineer. (Records, Review employees, Order materials   for job, Field Inspection, training staff, …)

5-    Coordination with client representative to fulfill their requirements with great satisfaction.

6-    Prepare crews’ daily schedules, providing direction and goals to be accomplished, and emphasizing quality and efficiency of operations.

7-    Performs tasks concerned with maintaining the perfect appearance and condition of grounds, gardens, walkways for External Facilities of the above places.

8-    Compiles and generates daily, weekly, monthly reports as required by the Department head & management.

9-    Maintains knowledge of safety policies and procedures regarding the proper operation of tools/equipment for land preparation and cultivation such as trimming, cutting, fertilizing and removal of weeds.
