Installation, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance for filed hydrocarbon Gas Detectors like IR, Catalytic, Electrochemical type, portable,LEL gas detector,Open Path Gas Detector, Gas Chromatograph (ABB Vista 2000 & ABB 5000,SIEMENS MAXUM

Rosemount make Ph. , DO, Conductivity transmitter & Sensors ,GE make moisture detertors,Bio Tector TOC,Ametec & Servomex make O2 & Combustible Analyzer,Hach Ultra Polytron 9210 Silica Analyzer and Analyzers used in QC LAB such as Fluid bed drier, melt indexer, Lab TOC,GC, Vaporizer.

• Carries out preventive maintenance of analyzers as per schedule and corrective maintenance as per requirement of operations.

• Repairing of the printed circuit boards and electronic circuits of analyzers

• Observe the safety rules and keeps the record of all activities.

• Well versed with the following type of Analyzers & Gas Chromatographs.

(Ametek, Yokogawa, Rosemount & ABB Analyzer, Infrared Analyzers, Shutdown logic system for Analyzers, Field Gas Detection Systems).

• Gas Cylinder Inspection, Maintaining Safety for Cylinder Handling & storage.

• Maintaining analyzer shelter Safety.

• Perform skilled maintenance and repair work on a wide range of field instrumentation.

• Assist more senior technicians in troubleshooting field process problems and in performing more complex tasks.

• Analyzer Shelter commissioning with safety interlocks, HVAC logic testing.

• Analyzer Probe installation, Bundle tube laying & interconnection, leak testing,
