Worked in a multitude of organisations, with the majority of time spent working in a call centre for a AXA’s Motor Claims Department, dealing with a high volume of customer enquiries, requests and complaints.
Another varied role, primarily replenishing displays. Other duties included responding to customer requests, acting as a backup cashier, stocktaking and providing advice to customers on their projects.
