Deployed to Liberia to conduct a Risk Assessment for a prominent American NGO, identifying any threats to the client and make recommendations to mitigate those threats to minimize the client’s exposure to risk and also maximize operational efficiency.

• Conduct a Security Assessment of the client’s proposed operations, residences and office spaces, including selection of security personnel, communications, crisis management, contingency planning, medical evacuation, training, defensive/security measures, supply chains, and ground transportation.

• Personal Security Detail to the staff on the ground during period of assessment.

• Conduct a Threat Analysis based on a general understanding of the level of threat and specifically in light of the recent political and security events.
