Conduct a Risk and Security Assessment prior to a company bid, of the premises of an American entity providing Logistical and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support to the Liberian Armed Forces Reconstructing Program.

Vetting, selection and teaming with an appropriate company in terms of carriage of weapons, and importation of equipment along with past performance and training facilities, covering all legalities and appropriate licenses.

Senior Consultant/Operative (PSD)

Deployed to Liberia to conduct a Risk Assessment for a prominent American NGO, identifying any threats to the client and make recommendations to mitigate those threats to minimize the client’s exposure to risk and also maximize operational efficiency.

• Conduct a Security Assessment of the client’s proposed operations, residences and office spaces, including selection of security personnel, communications, crisis management, contingency planning, medical evacuation, training, defensive/security measures, supply chains, and ground transportation.

• Personal Security Detail to the staff on the ground during period of assessment.

• Conduct a Threat Analysis based on a general understanding of the level of threat and specifically in light of the recent political and security events.
