Customer Service, Sales and Technical Supervision

I am a curious and driven individual, always seeking to understand how things work and develop. With a passion for technology and mechanics, I am constantly striving to improve my skills and knowledge in these areas. I am also an enthusiastic team player who enjoys collaborating with others to solve complex problems and create innovative solutions.

When I am not working, I love exploring the internet and outdoors, delving into programming projects, and reading up on the latest development in my field. I also enjoy team sports, travelling, hiking and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Whether it's working on a challenging technical project or exploring the great outdoors, I am always up for a new adventure.

From August 2019 to January 2021, I worked at Camberley Fish and Chips LTD as a customer care and sales assistant. In addition to assisting customers, I also helped with cooking. During my time there, I covered for the manager and assumed all of their responsibilities. My role involved interacting with various customers and processing online orders on a daily basis. Together with the rest of the team, we prioritized providing our customers with top-notch services.

Between July 2014 and January 2016, I worked as a sales assistant and customer care assistant at Istanbul Carpets in Sulaymaniyah for a period of 18 months. During my time there, I focused on enhancing my customer service and teamwork skills. In addition to my duties as a sales assistant, I also took on management responsibilities, which included arranging the store to increase business sales. Due to my dedication and hard work, I was promoted to the role of assistant manager. I pursued my university education in the evenings while working in this position.

From January 2014 to June 2014, I worked full-time at Tasluja Factory-Farukholding in Sulaymaniyah as a technical supervisor responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the machinery. My role involved overseeing operations to maintain efficient production processes.
