Previous Employment Details:

I used to works as a customer service executive from July 07, 2019 to June 30, 2020 where my responsibilities was to verify the document for loan process. I also used to handle incoming as well as outgoing calls to resolve the Customer problem .

After some time I was moved to email team and later in live chatting process. So basically I have worked in all process of customer service team in my career span of one year in corporate sector.

Prior to this job, during my college days, I used to work in nightclub as a waiter around three years.
