I\'m a chef just like every other chef out there. I believe we all are unique in our ways. My African experience combined with the few intercontinental dishes I have learnt in Mauritius makes me to stand out. I have both cookery grilling and basic baking skills, so I believe I can be more valuable and versatile to work.
