• Providing leadership and direction within a critical role requiring the management of two contractors and sub-contractors, with a workforce of over 100 staff

• Successful in the completion of a six-year tenure as a Construction Manager responsible for coordinating the fabrication and installation of thermal insulation
• Entrusted with the gathering, analysis and interpretation of contractual requirements covering both the program and project finances
• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety requirements, with overall responsibility for risk assessments and the production of safety-focused method statements
• Facilitating and chairing weekly and monthly safety meetings to guide personnel in the safest methods of working while ensuring all personnel were fully versed in the equipment utilized on projects

• Undertaking the role of Construction Manager responsible for the leadership of processes related to the manufacture and installation of items within the New Munich Airport
• Acting as a focal point of contact for the client, consulting directly with them during regular progress meetings to assess the status of projects
• Managing all relevant business administration duties, including the accurate maintenance of all site records

• Tasked with the manufacture and installation of items, the management of client progress meetings and the update of all site instructions, variances and the site diary

• Leading a dedicated team responsible for the installation of thermal insulation and cladding, while driving standards to ensure Health & Safety requirements were met at all times

• Managing a workshop responsible for the fabrication and installation of cladding flashing items, with full accountability for the daily management of project personnel
