Main Responsibilities:
• Managing several social media campaigns simultaneously
• Producing detailed proposals for events (timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
• Co-coordinating venue management, caterers, designers, contractors and equipment hire
• Selling sponsorship/stand/exhibition space to potential exhibitors/partners - Creating, implementing and monitoring marketing and PR plans
• Co-coordinating everything on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly
• Handling client queries on the day and troubleshooting exhibitor and visitor problems on the day
• Post-event evaluation (including data entry and SWOT analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders)
• Developing, and managing events.
• Training Staff
• Develop and maintain event and volunteer databases.
• Coordinate event logistics, publicity, including public relations, advertising and collateral material design, production and distribution.
• Responsible for the development and fulfillment of the events and marketing budgets.
• Cultivate and expand sponsorship development and fulfillment.
• Produce reports and charts
