Carry out precision machining using 3 axis and 5 axis CNC milling.
CNC Programming using VISICAM, have background in MasterCAM
Can do manual machining using lathe, milling and surface grinding.
Proficient in using calipers and micrometers, dial indicators and other inspection equipments.
Been employed as Machinist/Machine Shop Operator in Saudi Arabia, that produce, repair and modify mechanical parts of their mainline production.
CNC Machinist in Philippines that operates CNC Milling in producing shanks and holders of precision cutting tools.
CNC Machinist of 3-axis and 5axis Vertical Milling machine that produces variety of flight component vehicle of BOEING, SYKORSKY and Bombardier Aircrafts, using high grade and aircraft grade of steel and aluminum materials.
CNC Machinist of 3axis CNC Milling machine that produce die and punch assemblies, hundreds of griddles plates and other industrial and agricultural mechanical parts. Also used manual lathe and milling machines to produce complex and non complex parts using ferrous and non ferrous materials. Create technical drawings using CAD, Prepared CNC programs programs.
