‐ The two buildings are concrete structure.
‐ All design criteria followed Dubai municipality criteria.
‐ The two towers are design for seismic zone 2A.
‐ ACI 318‐05 are used in concrete members Design.
‐ Seismic load defined according to UBC 97.
‐ Wind load defined according to ASCE 7 05.
‐ ETABS 9.7.1 & Safe 12 are used in designed.
‐ All Design has checked by SALAMA Structural Engineer (Dubai‐ UAE)
‐ Revit structure software are used in detailing and drawing.
