1 Development of the PFD and PIDs of SSP Powder Plant, Granulated Single Super Phosphate (GSSP) and Sulfuric acid handling facility.
2 Punch list System development with commissioning team, providing Process support to maintenance for the plant erection as per PID.
3 Preparation and Finalization of Process instrumentation of the GSSP and Sulfuric acid handling facility.
4 Prepared pre-commissioning/commissioning procedures for the plants.

It involves the different testing techniques like Hydraulic test, Dye penetration test, smooth operation of each equipment, proper installation and maintenance etc.
