I am working as chef de partie last three years in Niraamaya Resort,main rolls performing here in the kitchen cooking high standard of food and lead the team members.And train the junior chef regarding hygiene practice and food safety control.I have experience different cuisine like south Indian and North Indian food as well as Asian food.more over i had practice in bulk cooking and alacarte preparations.The most exiting achievement that i got chance to work in Carnival cruise line and worked as a pizza chef, more over in different sections. I am proud that I have been forking more than 10 years in the hospitality industry.
I have completed my degree (BA-IHA)(BA In International Hospitality Administration(2010 to 2013) (cooking continental,south and north indian cuisine.) Precently I am working as a CDP and I have more than 10 years of experience more over i have trained as a service personal , housekeeping as well as front office.so i can work in any section. Higher Secondary compleeted in 208-2010
My hobbies are playing cricket,Travelling,cooking and watching movies
Most interest thing is that making different cuisine like local and international . where ever I go try to eat the speciality food from the region.more over I am very interested in travelling with family and friends to the natural beauty and pilgrim centres.On the other hand when ever i get chance to play cricket I will go and play even I did't get chance to play at least i watch the mach and if there is any international mach is happening i will watch in the TV or Mobile.
