ARCHITECT experienced in ARCHITECTURE, ENGINEERING

My international exposure started when I worked as an Architect-Designer for four (4) years in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In 1996, I moved to Singapore and worked for six (6) years and fortified my skills and flair in design and project management. I later settled back in Manila and worked as a Senior Project Manager. i then worked in Hong Kong and Dubai as Senior Project Architect.
In my last 3 employment, I worked as a project director (Senior Project Manager cum Sr. Designer) of Samuel Creations SA – Dubai from July 2006 to January 2011. I was the In-charge of the hotels projects from design conceptualization and presentation, design development, drawing production, contract documentation, project management, down to construction supervision. Responsible of coordinating with project managers, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, material suppliers, and construction supervisors concerning technical drawings and details. Taking charge in preparation of technical submittals, quality control plans and procedures, resource management, planning and scheduling of projects.

In February 2011 to December 2014, I joined JLA International Engineering as a Senior Architect. Overseeing the design conceptualization and presentation, design development, drawing production, and contract documentation of the Abu Dhabi National Housing Projects. Responsible of coordinating with client, developer, project managers, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, material suppliers, and construction supervisors concerning technical drawings and details. Taking charge in preparation of technical submittals, quality control plans and procedures, resource management, planning and scheduling of projects.

The most recent organization I worked for as a Senior Architect was with Archcorp Architectural Engineering from 2015 to 2016.

I am currently working as Freelance Architect working on a few projects in Dubai.
