Almost certainly, if your speak English. The healthcare sector is a global skills shortage but highly regulated. Doctors from Eastern Europe are generally welcomed, but need visas in most locations and sometimes onward training on arrival.
Croatia is not currently in the EU (2014) so the ability to enter the EU is constrained and therefore many Doctors are looking towards places like the Middle East and Australia.
