A internationally recognised airline company has requested Skills Provision to recruit a Country Manager to be based in Switzerland. The overall responsibility as country manager is developing and implementing smart and specific sales strategies to maximise revenue, alongside managing staff and other assets within your area.

 Job Description

  • In charge of overseeing the commercial operations.
  • Managing your team effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Develop new sales strategies, working alongside partner airlines.

Personal Qualities

  • Individuals will need to have the ability to lead and motivate their team to maximise efficiency and increase revenue and brand awareness.
  • Applicants need to have strong interpersonal skills both with staff and clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Confident in highlight issues and presenting these issues to Senior Management.

Essentials

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in achieving revenue targets.
  • Fluent in English (Italian would be of beneficial).
  • Degree level education.
  • Clean driving license.
  • The client has asked for applicants to be from the European Union.
