JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
 To ensure all elements of fabrication / construction / erection / installation projects are coordinated and carried out in the most efficient and effective manner possible
 Provides input to proposals department with regard to project(s) execution and coordination
 Provides “first line” contact with client(s) and coordinates client(s) project requirements
 Manages all project contractual and project related meetings
 Coordinates all activities related to the project(s)
 Ensure that all contractual requirements of the project are communicated to and understood by all relevant departments
 Ensures that all activities relating to the project(s) are planned and that plans are understood
 Ensure required materials are scheduled and purchased
 Monitors delivery schedules of project materials and ensure potential slippages are managed
 Responsible for project material issues and control
 Monitors material usage and costs to ensure material budgets are achieved
 Monitors all elements of work execution and productivity to maximize project efficiencies to achieving required man – hour and procurement budgets
 Ensure that all additional works requested by clients are within the scope of the original contract
 Ensures all contract variations, out with the scope of the original contract, are documented prior to execution

 Responsible for the effective management and control of project budget(s) and forecast profit margins

Is specialized for manufacturing of shell & tube heat exchangers, high pressure low alloy heat exchangers, air cooler heat exchangers, air cooler condensers, process waste heat boilers, pressure vessels, reactors, columns, desalination components, brine heaters, water boxes & tube sheet collars

JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 To lead the project team and responsible for overall management of process equipment
 To ensure that contractual requirements and obligations are fulfilled in accordance with drawings and specifications
 To ensure that all work is completed within budget and schedule
 Prepare initial and detailed planning, monitor, coordinate and ensure job progress as per plan at all stages of the project
 Delivering all the inputs and resources required for satisfactory and successful achievement of goals, schedules and milestones
 Plan, define, verify and control the scope of project in order to ensure that project includes all the work required
 Identify, document and charge any extra work which was not included in original scope to client on revised prices
 Communicate with customers, line management and all related departments involved in project execution for clarity and efficiency
 Monitor progress of project on daily basis by utilizing system generated report in order to timely completion of project
 Ensure execution of project as per the plan while taking corrective action when required
 Expedite, monitor and report the suppliers and sub contractor’s activities for the timely delivery of product and services that meet customer’s requirement
 Prepare detailed look ahead schedules and issue prompt notifications for inspections

Zamil Heavy Industries is engaged in manufacturing of pressure vessels, columns, reactors, boilers, deaerator’s dryers, silos, storage tanks, and site erection tanks, structural and piping also manufactures all types of heat exchangers like shell and tube heat exchangers plate and frame heat exchangers air cooled heat exchangers, PHE, thermal systems etc.

JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Developing project baseline schedule using ‘’PRIMAVERA – P3 & P6’’ and ‘’MS PROJECT’’
 Preparation of Master/Target programs, Resource/ Progress Histograms, S Curves, Bar charts etc.
 Preparation of engineering deliverable schedule & coordinate with engineering activities
 Preparation of material delivery schedules and coordinate with material department
 Identifying the critical areas like procurement status, delivery status, shop drawings approval, and material approvals and inform the management for eliminate the delays in the project
 Project Resources (Manpower / Equipment) planning
 Tracking and monitoring of engineering document control schedule and material control schedule
 Tracking and monitoring project baseline schedule and proposing action plan identifying slippage areas

JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 To manage motivate and direct the plant production workforce to handle all production issues like shifting of leaders in opposite shifts to achieve production targets, oversee shift schedule, & work allocation, ensuring good working culture, security and safety
 To provide regular production information and performance report to establish and monitor effective system for ordering sufficient resource stock control and rotation of goods and raw materials to meet production needs
