May 2016-Present:
I currently work for Minster Insulation who are an insulation and dry lining distributor, my position here is an Area Sales Manager.
My main duties include:
• Maintaining and increasing sales of the company\'s products. • Reaching the targets and goals set for my area.
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding my customer base. • Servicing the needs of my existing customers.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
• Monitoring my team\'s performance and motivating them to reach targets. • Compiling and analysing sales figures.
• Collecting customer feedback and market research.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
My most successful achievements within this role were:
• In my time at Minster one of my main focuses has been developing dormant customers. I have developed a large amount of dormant accounts, increasing their credit limits and in some cases tripling their monthly spend with Minster. I have also introduced over 60 new accounts to our customer base.
• Making external sales calls to customers offices or premises to promote the Minster brand to new prospective customers and reinstating the Minster brand to retain existing customers.
• Using a programme called SalesForce to proactively secure and manage a respectable amount of large ongoing contracts, predominately in central London.

May 2012-May 2016:
I worked for SIG - an insulation and dry lining distributor, where my position was a Sales Coordinator.
My main duties included:
• Ensuring continuous sales growth by project management of existing customer accounts and new -accounts. I do this by:
- Engaging with customers through direct telephone sales
- Face-to-face communication through site visits
- Price negotiation
Proactive development of new sales opportunities to both existing and prospective customers.
• Processing material orders from customers and providing expert advice and knowledge on the products and services SIG provide.
My most successful achievements within this role were:
• I attended an office partitioning training course and became solely responsible for the sales of partitioning at SIG Maidstone. I maximised our sales in partitioning products but I also built a respectable customer base.
